Such bomb food! I don’t love ramen but my partner does. I got the beef stir fry with ramen noodles and it was spot on. Great service super chill environment 10/10 recommend 👌🏻
The food is so good it doesn't matter if you're full you keep eating! The soft shell crab and pork belly ramen is to die for!!! And the Hamachi sushi is over the top!!! Try this place now!!!
Food was good, prices were high, service was good, overall good, not great.
Hands down, best ramen in Santa Rosa. Their pork belly just falls apart and melts in your mouth, the broth is rich and perfectly flavored, and their noodles are fresh and firm. Couldn't come here without getting their steamed gyoza though too, accompanied with their spicy mayo.
The ramen here is consistently good, I've been several times over the past year. The broth is creamy, full of flavor, and the eggs are really soft and a little runny. I love getting the Kimchi Ramen and my friend usually loves the Paitan. I also love the spicy edamame, it's in like a garlic chili sauce. They also do a good job with takeout orders and package the food well.
My only cons with this place are:
1) they always take forever to bring out your ramen, no matter how busy or not busy this place is, the ramen takes forever.
2) its very expensive in my opinion, especially for certain sides and they skimp on some ingredients. For instance, although I love the Kimchi Ramen, the actual amount of kimchi they put in it is not much. I was really disappointed this most recent time because there was a lot more raw cabbage than kimchi, and when I expressed my disappointment and asked for more, they gave me a super tiny side of kimchi and charged me $3 for it.
3) Green tea is pricey for what you get - they gave it to me in like an 6oz cup that wasn't insulated so my hands burned trying to hold it, and the cup still had the sticker on the side from wherever they bought it. Kinda tacky.
Overall I do enjoy this spot! But I hope they improve on these things to make their experience better.
Miso Good Ramen is my standard for ramen. I always order the Chicken Shoyu Paitan on my 1-2 a week visits. I’ve had ramen in different areas, including one spot in Honolulu where patrons were telling me it’s “the best they’ve ever had.” Honolulu is famous for their Japanese cuisine. That restaurants ramen didn’t even come close to Miso Good. I bring my friends, family, anyone in town looking for a great place to eat here. Their sushi is also excellent. The staff is very friendly as well.
Beautiful and minimalist interior, the food was really good. We ordered the gyoza, a Philly roll and the spicy chashu ramen. The ramen wasn't really that spicy, however the chili paste we asked for is indeed super spicy so be careful! The creamy broth is rich and thick, almost like a bone broth feel to it. Add ons are a little pricey, they even charge for things like add cilantro or jalapenos, probably to discourage people from building their own meal, so keep that in mind. The miso was reeeally good, big pieces of tofu and instead of seaweed, boiled cabbage. Everyone was super helpful and nice, would definitely recommend!
An excellent ramen shop. The choices of appetizers and soups are terrific. We started by sharing steamed meat Gyosa. These were moist, savory and the dipping sauce was great. We had the Spicy Paintan and the Spicy Vegan Miso. Both were promptly served and excellent. The Spicy Vegan Miso had excellent flavors of roasted peanut and garlic. The spiciness was nicely balanced by the fresh spinach.
